Thoughts are the language of the mind, and feelings are the language of the body—but are they helping us sink—or swim?
Mercury Retrograde offers us a window of time to rewire our thinking-feeling loops and to literally change our minds. If you’re noticing unwanted patterns, or feeling caught in a loop—it might be time to purposefully glitch the system. We have the biological machinery and cosmic right timing to do just that.

How we think and feel creates our states of being. The body’s feelings represent our unconscious thoughts—it doesn’t know the difference between an experience that life created, or one you created on your own. So the good news is, we can use a simple breathing exercise to create an optimal feeling in the body which will help rewire our mind and remap our future.

Exercise: Clear Intention, Elevated Emotion 

 
Close your eyes. Breathe Deep. Kegel on the inhale.
Hand on your Heart. Trick yourself into an elevated emotion (ecstatic joy).
Lay an intention over it.
Mentally rehearse the intention playing out.
Let go of the expectation of when and how it will play out. Wait for it.

Now the brain is not holding you hostage. It’s not gripping a record of the past, but creating a map of the future. You’re now a magnet attracting more of what you want – you don’t have to do anything except enjoy the ride and wait to respond to what comes your way.

Now let’s play with it. Can you teach your body emotionally what that future is going to feel like before that actual experience? 

 
Tip to implement reprogramming:
Slow your breath, change your heart. 
Breathing slowly and layering positive emotions on top produces a measurable magnetic field in the heart that is conveyed as a frequency. The Universe now reads your frequency differently than before. So when there is a match to your ‘new’ field—it will come to you.  If you keep practicing, your brain will be reprogrammed to think in unlimited ways.
