Dark Skies: Amber Honey
This West Texas dark amber honey is rich and bold, with subtle cherry sweetness and a hint of molasses on the finish, lending a warm, caramelized depth reminiscent of campfire evenings. The mesquite blooms create a touch of smoky earthiness, making it smooth but complex. It’s perfect for drizzling over hard cheese, mixing into hot tea, or enjoying straight from the jar. Did you know that the darker honey is, the more medicinal properties it contains?
