2. Sound Frequency:  Brainwave Entrainment with Binaural Beats

Certain sound frequencies, such as binaural beats, can influence brainwave patterns through a process called brainwave entrainment. For example:


  • Delta waves (0.5-4 Hz) – deep sleep and healing.
